Website Privacy Policy
Last updated October 20, 2026. SoCal Rider Law collects information you voluntarily submit through a case inquiry, including name, email, phone, accident category and a short description. Do not submit confidential records or sensitive medical information through the general inquiry form.
How inquiries are used
Information is used to receive and review inquiries, respond to requests, manage potential client communications and maintain website security. Submitted inquiries are stored as private WordPress records and notifications are sent to the designated office email addresses. Website hosting and email-delivery providers may process information needed for these functions.
Advertising and technical data
Landing-page addresses, UTM campaign information and advertising click identifiers may be associated with an inquiry. The site also uses anti-spam and temporary rate-limiting safeguards. Non-identifying events may be prepared for measuring completed inquiry forms, phone-link clicks and scheduling-link clicks. Ad pixels and related consent controls must be reviewed when integrations are activated.
Retention, access and requests
Records may be retained as necessary for operational or legal reasons. To request information about a submission or access, correction or deletion where applicable, please contact the office or call 760-534-1991. Applicable recordkeeping obligations and identity verification may apply.
Legal notice
Submitting an inquiry does not establish an attorney-client relationship, guarantee acceptance of a matter or guarantee an outcome. For urgent deadlines, call the office and do not rely on a website form.
